About the Role:
As our Social Media Content Creator, you'll be the face and voice of our brand across platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook. We're looking for someone with a warm and bubbly personality who's confident on camera and excited to jump into creating fun, engaging, and trend-setting content. You'll work on-site in our Sydney office, collaborating closely with our marketing team to bring our brand's vision to life.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation:
Develop and execute creative social media content across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms.
Jump into TikTok videos, Instagram Reels, and live streams with enthusiasm and confidence.
Create visually appealing, on-brand content that resonates with our target audience of parents and children.
Social Media Management:
Plan, schedule, and post content regularly to maintain an active and engaging social media presence.
Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and interactions across all social platforms.
Stay up-to-date with social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep our brand at the forefront of digital engagement.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the marketing team to align social media strategies with overall brand goals.
Collaborate with photographers, designers, and other team members to produce high-quality content.
Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate fresh ideas for campaigns and content.
Qualifications:
Previous experience creating content for social media, particularly TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.
A background in kids' clothing, toys, or a related field is highly preferred.
A warm, bubbly, and outgoing personality with a passion for creating engaging content.
Confidence on camera and willingness to be the face of the brand in social media videos.
Strong understanding of social media trends and tools.
Creative mindset with excellent communication skills.
