We're looking for an experienced online superstar who wants to contribute to the continued success of our brand and join our support office family!

About your new career:
As an Eden Academy Social Media & Content Creator, you will be at the heart of our Marketing efforts. You will continue to drive our business forward along with our talented Marketing team by enhancing our online presence and creating content to engage with our community in the childcare sector. 

This position will require interstate travel to our beautiful centres and special events.
  
Key Responsibilities: Develop engaging, informative, and age-appropriate content for various social media platforms  Create graphics, videos, and written posts that highlight our childcare services events and community involvement Collaborate with key stakeholders to define social media goals and objectives aligned with overall marketing strategy Analyse trends and adjust strategies to maximise engagement and reach Respond to comments, messages, and questions via our multiple social media accounts Monitor and report on campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments, as necessary Maintain an organized content calendar to ensure consistent posting and promotion of services Provide regular reports and insights to management to inform future strategies. The ideal candidate will possess: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred Proven experience in editing videos/ photography and videography  Previous experience in social media management, preferably in the childcare or education sector Proficiency in social media platforms and analytics tools Creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging content Passion for early childhood education and community engagement Previous experience working with Brandwatch is preferred but not required  Benefits of working with us: Central location at Bundall, located near cafes, bars and gyms Plenty of parking, paid for by us each day!
