About The Role As a Social Media Assistant, you will provide crucial after-hours support for Boutique Homes & Homebuyers Centre.
This role involves community management, content creation, and administrative support to ensure our social media presence thrives.
You can expect to play a pivotal role in enhancing our social media presence and engagement with our vibrant community over the weekends by responding to social media comments, messages, and enquiries.
Key Responsibilities Include
Monitor, engage, and manage social media channels (Facebook, Instagram & TikTok) for comments, messages, and mentions.
Respond promptly and professionally, adhering to brand voice guidelines.
Assist in crafting and scheduling engaging content.
Direct enquiries to the appropriate New Homes Consultant based on provided roster.
Escalate complaints following the designated process.
Implement and action display home updates promptly on the brands' websites and Google platforms.
Assist the broader marketing team with ad-hoc administrative duties, such as preparing reports.
About You You will have knowledge and passion for social media platforms and content creation and availability to work over the weekends, public holidays, and after-hours.
You will have excellent interpersonal and written communication skills and ideally possess a vehicle for weekend travel to new display homes.
This opportunity is ideal for candidates with a background in marketing, communications, or social media, including recent graduates.
