V THE LABEL is an Australian fine jewellery brand beloved by celebrities around the globe. V THE LABEL is continuing its rapid growth by expanding into lab-grown diamond rings. We are seeking a passionate Social Media & Sales Assistant to join our luxurious office in the Sydney CBD.
The Role You will provide bespoke consultations to clients selecting their perfect engagement ring and create styling content for our TikTok & Instagram. This is a part-time position, 3 days per week at our beautiful new showroom in the Sydney CBD.
This is an exciting role for someone who is passionate about social media and who has experience in creating TikTok videos!

Key Responsibilities include: Manage client appointments and inquiries in a timely and professional manner, both in-person and online. Content Creation - Create reels and TikToks that align with current trends. Collaborate with the creative team to plan and execute photoshoots, product launches, and campaigns. Executing events and hosting clients in-store and off-site. About You: Experience in a sales or customer service role, ideally within the premium jewellery or luxury retail industry. Passionate about jewellery and fashion. Experience in content creation is a plus. Outstanding communication skills – verbal and written.
