We are looking for a Social Media and Digital Content Coordinator to create, curate, and manage high-quality content across various social media platforms, ensuring brand consistency and audience growth. Reporting to the Marketing and Communications Manager, this role is pivotal in amplifying Brisbane Powerhouse's online presence by implementing data-driven social media strategies and crafting compelling content that showcases our events, programs, and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities Execute social media strategies to grow audience engagement and enhance Brisbane Powerhouse's digital presence.Create, coordinate, and schedule high-quality content across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.Collaborate with the Marketing and Brand team to produce compelling stories that align with brand messaging.Highlight signature events and festivals, including Melt and Night Feast, through innovative digital campaigns.Analyse social media data, interpret trends and optimise campaigns based on insights.Respond to comments and messages, fostering community engagement.Oversee social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation and performance analysis.Stay updated on emerging social media trends and implement innovative strategies to maintain relevance.To Succeed in This Role, You Will Have: Demonstrated experience managing social media platforms and producing engaging content.Strong proficiency in tools like Canva for creating static, video, and animated content.A proven track record of building and optimising META (Facebook and Instagram) ad campaigns.Analytical skills to measure campaign success and make data-driven decisions.Excellent communication skills and a flair for maintaining a consistent brand voice.Why Join Us?
