We promote the right to equal opportunity with our overall aim being to increase access for our participants and provide support for them to achieve their goals!What is the role of Social Enterprise Micro Business Manager (SEMBM)?The SEMBM will lead and mentor supervisors in assisting Supported Employees, across current and new micro-businesses ensuring production activities run smoothly with a social & disability diversity team while meeting strategic planning needs.
