Social and Emotional Wellbeing – Clinical LeadMake a real difference to the local communityFull-Time, OngoingAccess to Salary PackagingThe Role The Clinical Lead is the key clinical leadership role within the Social & Emotional Wellbeing program that provides a broad range of functions to support, develop and oversee the clinical and psychosocial support practice across all SEWB program areas.
The Social and Emotional Wellbeing Program (SEWB): Our work is underpinned by the Aboriginal Social and Emotional Wellbeing Framework, and we support Community members in building their self-determination and to meet individual wellbeing goals.
SEWB programs provide culturally appropriate support to Community members within the Wathaurong, Gulidjan, & Gadubanud Communities and include the following focus areas:
Intake & Assessment servicesSocial and Emotional Wellbeing supportAlcohol and other drugs (AOD) treatment and supportBring them home (BTH) support services to members of the Stolen GenerationPsychology and Counselling servicesCultural Care Connect service to community members at risk of suicide.External partnerships (Towards Home Plus, Step Thru Care, Head to Health and GCQ Locals)The Clinical Lead, with support from the SEWB Manager and SEWB Leadership Team, provides clinical support and practice oversight of all SEWB service delivery areas.
The Clinical Lead will oversee and resource the key stages that support our engagement with community including:
Intake and AssessmentService AllocationIndividual Service Planning, Review and Service ClosureSafety Planning and Triaging escalations where relevant.Practice Governance of Culture Care Connect After Care worker and Clinician.Applications must be submitted via SEEK by clicking the 'Quick apply' button on the SEEK webpage.
