Our client, a highly respected accounting firm, is seeking an experienced Senior Taxation Accountant & SMSF Manager to join their dynamic team. This role offers a unique opportunity to specialise in taxation and SMSF while contributing to the firm's growth and success.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a substantial client base, focusing on taxation and SMSF
Provide expert advice on complex tax matters and SMSF strategies
Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements and tax returns
Foster strong, lasting relationships with clients through exceptional service
Mentor and lead a small team to optimise workflow and efficiency
Requirements:
CPA/CA qualified with 5-10 years of uninterrupted public practice experience
Deep knowledge and expertise in taxation and SMSF
Proficiency in BGL360 and Xero (essential), experience with Ignition and FYI (ideal)
Exceptional communication skills and meticulous attention to detail
Proven ability to manage a team and optimise workflow
