Overview: Work on a highly prestigious development of 280 Units - 25 Storey - High Rise Development.Opportunity to move into Project Management upon completion of this project.Mentoring by an experienced Senior Project Manager, gaining strong exposure to project management.The role suits individuals currently in a large Tier 1 or 2 business looking to progress their careers quickly.Join a leading Developer Builder with first-class systems on projects up to $200M.Attractive initial salary package.The Role & Business: As a Snr Project Engineer/ Project Engineer on a prestigious residential building, you will collaborate with a Senior Project Manager, Site Manager, Foreman, and Senior Contract Administrator within your project team. This role is designed to prepare future Project Managers with defined progression and mentorship. You will gain strong exposure to chairing PCG meetings and Head Contract Management.
Your daily responsibilities will include procurement, client and relationship management, management of design, shop drawings, and both client and construction programmes. You will liaise with consultants and subcontractors regarding programme, design, RFI's, variations, progress claims, and NOD's.

Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.Experience as a Site Engineer or Project Engineer in NSW.Experience on high-rise residential projects with reputable Builders.A minimum of 3 years' post-qualification experience in the industry.Experience on 2+ projects from start to finish.Knowledge of the CA process is advantageous but not essential.Driven and enthusiastic about career progression into Project Management.This role is open to Australian Residents only.
