Our purpose: Life Unlimited.The Senior Product Manager is charged with implementing the strategic approach necessary to achieve financial targets incorporating the core areas of Recon Enabling Technology across our hybrid go-to-market models (Direct & In-Direct), and across Australia and NZ.This role requires the individual to have a foundation knowledge for marketing innovation and strategic marketing initiatives. You will implement the marketing support, direction and control of S+N Robotic and Navigation products and services offered by the Recon division.What will you be doing?Support development and help drive the Recon Robotics marketing plan for ANZ and take accountability for the implementation of activities, applicable to the assigned product portfolio.In conjunction with the business leaders, this role will have responsibilities to document relevant market considerations and deliver sales targets across all portfolio products in line with budget and targets.Monitor monthly results of sales and modify pricing/promotional support/action plans accordingly.Forecasting and portfolio management (including deletions and stock control). Complete a demand forecast for the range of responsibility on a monthly basis for ANZ.New Product Development/Introduction. Assess, trial, and launch new products from within the S&N Group SBU where they are an appropriate strategic fit with the business plan.Coordinate with other business segments within S&N Australia and internationally.Establish, maintain, and track relationships with KOL/KEL's independently or with relevant sales rep or regional team.What will you need to be successful?Tertiary qualifications in Marketing/sales/science postgraduate or industry-related qualifications.At least 5-7 years of industry experience with a strong background in sales or marketing management.Successful track record with implementing a marketing strategy.
