Our marketing strategy is content-led, and we're looking for a skilled communicator and leader who can understand, distil, and articulate our value proposition through compelling content that resonates with our target market.
If this sounds like you: 5+ years of B2B marketing experience leading strategy and execution, particularly in the professional services or technology sectors.Exceptional communication skills. You know how to engage with a professional SMB audience through specialised, targeted marketing campaigns.Creative and strategic. You have a knack for spotting trends, thinking creatively, and developing strategies that work.Leadership experience. You've led and built marketing teams, and you're eager to contribute to high-level decision-making. A "player-coach" mindset is key.A strong understanding of tech. While you're not expected to be a tech expert, you can communicate technical concepts to non-tech audiences. Experience with SaaS or other tech-driven products is a big plus.Experience in the Australian market. We're looking for someone with a deep understanding of the local landscape and accounting ecosystem to help drive continued growth.Relationship-building skills. Every year offers fresh opportunities and challenges as we scale.Collaboration directly with the CEO, who leads growth across Marketing, Sales, and Client Success, ensuring alignment and shared objectives across the business.A small, high-potential marketing team with room for growth—this is your opportunity to shape the future of our marketing efforts and scale the team as we expand.A focus on relationship-building within the accounting partnership ecosystem—this role is central to developing deep connections with accountants and partners through events, networking, and direct engagement with the accounting community.An established global presence, with teams in South Africa and the Philippines—expect to work alongside and occasionally travel to colleagues in different regions.Ownership of marketing direction, with a focus on scaling the team and executing campaigns in alignment with our growth strategy.A fiscally responsible approach to marketing—while we invest in our growth, we focus on efficient, high-impact strategies rather than overspending.How you'll be measured: Top-of-funnel leads. Amplifying our brand and message to new and existing audiences across Australia.Brand and content. Expanding visibility and engagement, now and in the future, to drive growth.Bottom-of-funnel leads. Contributing directly to revenue growth through conversion-focused campaigns.Partnership growth. Developing and nurturing relationships within the accounting ecosystem, ensuring our brand is recognized as a trusted partner.Lifestyle Requirements: Hybrid role: 3 days per week in our West End office, 2 days from home.
Location: Ideally within 1 hour of our Brisbane office.Regular early mornings: To connect with international teams, particularly in our acquisition markets.
