Job details Location: Macquarie Park Salary: $1000 - $1100 per hour Job Type: Contract Discipline: Accounting Reference: V-117422 Posted: 23 days ago Share this job Job description NSW State Government Snr Manager Accounting Policy Advisory  Location: North Shore Syd + WFH  Start Date:  ASAP - End of March 2025 $1000 - $1100 per day + super Key Responsibilities: Provide technical accounting advice Prepare & monitors compliance of accounting standards, government and financial policies and procedures and other financial governance for the department Support the implementation of new or revised standards and policies ensure compliance by Agencies with the Department wide standards and policies Apply and document accounting principles with integrity across a large, complex cluster, ensuring compliance  Collaborate on Analysis in working with cross-functional colleagues to analyze new and complex transactions.
Maintain Policy Standards in ensuring new transactions align with policies, systems, and financial controls.
