We operate a wide range of metropolitan, regional, school, long distance coach, rail replacement and charter bus services across Melbourne, Regional Victoria and NSW.
Each full bus means 50 less cars on the road.
Our work with the Victorian Government to transition to Zero Emissions Buses will play a critical role in delivering our target of Net-Zero Emissions by 2045.

Having recently been awarded a landmark 10-year metropolitan bus contract, and with a new CEO and executive leadership team in place, we are entering into an exciting new stage focused on business transformation and digitization.

What We're Looking For:
We're on the hunt for an experienced Senior HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our vibrant and progressive team.
Reporting to the General Manager Human Resources, you will be a key part of the HR Senior Leadership Team.
You will be responsible for a dedicated portfolio of blue-collar and corporate professionals, in a role that offers autonomy, breadth and variety.
As a trusted partner to senior and frontline leaders, your responsibilities will include:
Delivering clear communication, guidance, and coaching to People Leaders, empowering them to meet business objectives effectively through a period of significant changeFostering a positive and productive work environment by providing expert guidance to managers on performance management, employee relations, change management and communicationsBeing accountable for total talent within your portfolio, overseeing talent management, retention and succession planning as well as leading recruitment in partnership with our talent acquisition teamProviding outstanding internal service and support on key HR functions across the full employee lifecycle, including performance improvement, investigations and complex case managementInterpreting and providing advice on employment conditions based on awards, agreements, and company policiesSupporting/leading a variety of key HR projects and L&D initiatives, both company-wide and within your dedicated functional areasWhat You Bring: 5–8+ years of generalist HR experience, including coaching leaders and guiding decision-making through the full employee lifecycleSolid commercial acumen and an in-depth understanding of Australian employment lawOutstanding engagement and influencing skills across all levels, with positive, can-do approachProven analytical, research, problem-solving and decision-making skillsDemonstrated project management capability, with the ability to develop innovative solutions to people challenges and see them through to completionExperience with a unionised workforce, or a desire to develop/enhance your IR capabilityWhy Join Dysons?
