The Role
Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end financial reporting process and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements. You will play a critical role in delivering accurate and timely insights to support business decision-making. Your key responsibilities will include:
Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.Leading the preparation of statutory accounts and supporting audit processes.Managing tax compliance, including BAS, FBT, and income tax.Assisting with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.Driving process improvements to enhance efficiency and financial accuracy.Supporting the implementation of systems and tools to streamline financial operations.About You
You are a CA/CPA qualified accountant with at least 3 years of experience in a similar role. You thrive in fast-paced environments and are confident managing deadlines while maintaining a high level of attention to detail. Experience managing a small transactional team is preferred.
