With a robust pipeline of work due to their continued success in securing projects, they are now seeking a talented Contracts Administrator to join their team, with initial requirements to assist their projects team in the delivery of current projects ($50M+).As Contracts Administrator, you will provide a high-quality service that will ensure project expectations are met and exceeded.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Managing all facets of the subcontract and head contract processNegotiate and review subcontract and head contract tenders including preparation of tender comparison for reviewPrepare, check and review subcontract packages, scopes, lettings and procurement schedulesMonitor subcontractors to ensure they are adhering to environmental commitments and responsibilitiesPreparation of accurate payment schedulesUnderstand and manage subcontractor contractual riskProcess progress claims, delay claims and external variations according to contractual obligationsPreparation of project budgets for review and provide accurate rolling final account forecastsAssist in the preparation and administration of project completion and inspection test plansQualifications and Requirements:Tertiary qualification in Construction or EngineeringDemonstrate proven experience across relevant projects including commercial, industrial, fitout and government contracts, with projects over $50M+ being preferredProven local knowledge of subcontract tendering, standards, and proceduresStrong negotiation skillsSound understanding of overall construction programmes and plansAble to identify key obligationsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to build rapport at all levelsProficient in relevant software packages including Buildsoft, Procure, and Microsoft Office suiteTo apply please send your CV to (Greg Will) by clicking the 'Apply Now' button below.
