Snr Ca, Head Contractor / Builder - Investment Platform

Redpath partners have been exclusively engaged by a Property developer under an Investment platform, the company will be working on projects up to 300 million across Sydney.Role OverviewAs a Senior CA you will play a key role in overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of our development projects. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Your proactive approach, strong leadership skills, and attention to detail will be instrumental in driving project success.Key ResponsibilitiesLead project planning and development, including defining scope, objectives, and deliverablesDevelop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources effectivelyCoordinate with internal teams, external stakeholders, and contractors to ensure project milestones are metIdentify and mitigate risks, and implement solutions to address challenges as they ariseMonitor project progress and performance, and provide regular updates to stakeholdersFoster a collaborative and positive work environment, promoting teamwork and accountabilityEnsure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policiesThe candidate:The ideal candidate will come from a mix of a head contractor/developer builder background, 5-8 years experienceBachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or related fieldProven experience in Contract Administration within the property development industryStrong understanding of construction processes, regulations, and best practicesExcellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skillsAbility to multitask, prioritize workload, and meet tight deadlinesProficiency in project management softwareIf you are interested in having a confidential conversation around the role above, do not hesitate to reach out over the phone or by ****** 008 007#J-18808-Ljbffr
