You will collaborate closely with business leaders and the client solutions and customer success teams across all business groups, winning new and retaining existing business through the development and submission of high-quality bids and proposals. To meet strict deadlines at the highest level, you will bring your outstanding time and stakeholder management skills, nurturing the business towards better ways of working and a brighter future.Responsibilities include:Supporting the business in winning new and retaining existing business through the development and submission of high-quality bids and proposals.Managing the opportunity pipeline, allocating tasks, setting milestones and building on previous bids.Qualifying potential opportunities, sharing intelligence across the team and keeping progress visible to improve efficiencies, lower costs and increase winning performance.Preparing responses to both publicly tendered opportunities, as well as proactive and/or invitation-only opportunities.Ensuring submissions are persuasive, competitive, compliant and compelling.Leading / Contributing to definition of the win strategy and win themes, ensuring everyone is meeting all client requirements.Ensuring the smooth transition of bid to contract implementation.Overseeing quality, technical and commercial aspects in accordance with procedures, and developing "best practice" systems and processes.Gathering post-bid feedback (win/loss) and insights.Establishing a continuous improvement approach and adopting key learnings from both successful and unsuccessful bids for future bids and proposals.Your skills and expertise include:Superb written and verbal communication.Strong teamwork, influencing and interpersonal abilities.Deadline-driven and committed to excellence.Demonstrated ability to achieve results working autonomously, as well as in cross-functional teams, and across multiple levels of the business.High attention to detail, particularly in relation to project coordination and proofreading others' work, ensuring consistent tone of voice.Crafting persuasive and detailed bids/proposals.Tactful assertiveness in motivating other members of a bid team to produce a successful submission.Your experience includes:5+ years' experience facilitating successful bid management in a B2B sales environment.Exposure to government, not-for-profit and corporate client requirements and procurement methods (highly desirable).Tertiary qualification in Business, Commerce or Communications.Formal training in bid management / bid writing (highly desirable).Sound like you?
