The Role
Based in Cooma, the Information Systems Administrator oversees Snowy 2.0's information systems, managing IT, data processes, and system integration. This role supports enterprise architecture, data migration, and system alignment with project and business strategies.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Manage the Information Systems register and ensure compliance. Oversee data migration and change management processes. Configure and support project systems like Aconex. Develop and enforce cybersecurity policies and recovery plans. Monitor compliance and secure sensitive systems. Address security incidents to protect project assets. Work with IT, suppliers, and contractors to resolve issues. Support the Information and Document Control team. Foster trust and collaboration across project teams. What You'll Bring:
Experience managing access and security controls for SaaS and PaaS systems, proficiency with Google Workspace (Google Drive) and/or Microsoft 365 (including Power BI), and strong written and verbal communication skills. With a keen ability to prioritise tasks, work independently, and collaborate effectively in diverse, multidisciplinary teams, you'll ensure accuracy and excellence in every detail. Working closely with the Snowy 2.0 Information Management and Cyber Security teams, as well as key stakeholders like FGJV and Voith, you'll play a vital role in delivering seamless and secure system operations.
