Information Management Reporting Analyst | Cooma Are you ready to be part of a world-class project that's reshaping Australia's energy future? Snowy 2.0, the largest renewable energy initiative in the country, is an ambitious expansion of the iconic Snowy Scheme. Focused on providing on-demand power and vast storage capacity, this project is paving the way for a sustainable, low-carbon future.
The Role
Based in Cooma, the Information Management Reporting Analyst will oversee Snowy 2.0's information systems, ensuring effective deployment, maintenance, and integration with Snowy Hydro's business operations. This includes data migration, system auditing, and continuous improvement to align with the project's information management strategy.
While Cooma-based candidates are preferred, flexible hybrid working arrangements can be discussed, with frequent travel to Cooma and project sites required.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Maintaining and managing Snowy 2.0's information systems, ensuring compliance with security and data protection standards. Overseeing system configuration, change management, and data migration strategies for project handover. Implementing and monitoring cybersecurity measures, including incident management and system patching. Collaborating with IT, Cyber Security, and project teams to align systems with business needs. Supporting and guiding the Information and Document Control team, fostering effective communication and strong stakeholder relationships. What You'll Bring:
Extensive Experience: Managing access and security control processes, including auditing and maintaining SaaS and PaaS systems for secure internal and external data sharing. Technical Expertise: Proficiency in administering Google Workspace (e.g., Google Drive) and/or Microsoft 365, including data management with Power BI. Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal abilities to effectively convey information and collaborate with diverse teams. Organisational Skills: The ability to prioritise tasks, work independently, and adapt to dynamic team environments with flexibility. Interpersonal Abilities: Exceptional interpersonal skills to thrive in culturally diverse and multidisciplinary settings.
