You'll leverage your expertise in complex loans, including SMSF and equity-based lending, while providing exceptional service and guidance to borrowers throughout their journey. With all leads provided by Dashdot, you'll have the opportunity to focus on building relationships, delivering tailored solutions, and contributing to a growing company dedicated to transforming property investment in Australia.
Please note that this role does not involve any lead chasing; Dashdot will supply all the leads. Your Responsibilities: Negotiate favourable terms with lenders, supported by warm leads. Conduct thorough analysis of client financials with the support of our Analyst. Collaborate with the Dashdot Finance team to assess mortgage needs and structure tailored loan solutions. Focus on selling and structuring loans. Stay informed on industry trends to provide up-to-date advice. Meet targets and KPIs while maintaining excellent client service. Operate within a client-first commission model, prioritising optimal client outcomes. Contribute to additional Dashdot Finance strategic projects. Skills and Qualifications: Demonstrated experience working with complex loans, including SMSF and equity-based lending. Relevant qualifications such as a Certificate IV or Diploma in Finance and Mortgage Broking. Accreditation with industry bodies like the Mortgage & Finance Association of Australia (MFAA) or the Finance Brokers Association of Australia (FBAA). Thorough knowledge of lending products, loan configurations, credit evaluation procedures, and lender negotiation.
