Smp Project Manager

We are currently seeking an experienced SMP Project Manager for a 12 month + contract working within Capital Projects in a large open pit mining operation.With a flexible roster on offer of either 4/3 or 8/6, you will be working across a varied portfolio of projects and responsible for:
Ensuring capital projects are executed in line with contract and client requirements, whilst ensuring financial outcomes are maximized and risks are minimized.Directing, managing and controlling project activities and ensuring timely engagement of stakeholders.Promoting safety and environmental awareness to project staff.Building strong internal and external customer-focused culture and practices to deliver positive project results.Experience required: Degree in mechanical engineering.Previous experience working within a mining or heavy industry environment.Worked end-to-end project work from study to execution.With over 90 years' combined experience, NES Fircroft (NES) is proud to be the world's leading engineering staffing provider spanning the Oil & Gas, Power & Renewables, Chemicals, Construction & Infrastructure, Life Sciences, Mining, and Manufacturing sectors worldwide.
