About the rolePARC Engineering is seeking experienced SMP Project Engineers to join our expanding business across Infrastructure and Resources projects. We have both local and FIFO 2:1 options available on a full-time basis with an immediate start.What you'll do:Manage multiple SMP packages on the projectEnsure work undertaken complies with the scope and meets operational requirementsDevelop project schedules, budgets and forecastsOversee discipline work and ensure it meets quality, cost and time constraintsMonitor progress and identify potential problems in respect of budgets, schedules, engineering standardsMonitor and identify risks and drive implementations of appropriate controls and mitigationsDevelop and implement project controls and specifications, schedules and cost estimatesInterface with the client and cultivate positive relations to achieve effective communication and collaboration across teamsWork collaboratively with supervision and client to resolve construction issuesWhat we're looking forBachelor's degree or above in Mechanical Engineering5+ years relevant industry experience in a similar role within the mining, construction or infrastructure sectorsExcellent knowledge of relevant Australian and international engineering standardsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsPrevious experience interfacing with clients and strong stakeholder management skillsProven project management skills and demonstrated ability to deliver work within agreed budget, timeframe and client requirementsPARC PerksCareer progression paths, learning and professional development opportunitiesRemuneration, Reward and Recognition ProgramsSupport for you and your family through our Employee Assistant Program (EAP)The chance to join a growing company with a values driven culture where you can really make an impactA bit about usPARC Engineering are specialists in Structural, Mechanical, Piping, Electrical, and Infrastructure projects.
