Smp Engineer | Critical Infrastructure | 3 Years +

Job Description: Reporting to the Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring engineering completion of assigned package(s) of work including "hands-on" doing of various design, procurement, scheduling, and cost management aspects. Key to the success of this role is active communication with other team members and an ability to manage detail across broad project aspects and a variety of engineering disciplines.
You will possess:
5+ years of experience managing the engineering aspects of capital projects in heavy industry and associated aspects including HSEC, employee relations, and contractors Experience in the safe and successful development and delivery of large project(s) as a project team member Experience in the pre-authorisation development and delivery of discipline engineering and project deliverables Experience in tendering, negotiation and administration of major equipment supply and construction contracts Knowledge of engineering packages, examples AutoCAD, Inventor, SpaceGass, Navisworks Heavy industrial manufacturing facilities and associated infrastructure Sufficiently broad understanding of engineering, construction and commissioning to allow safe integration of construction and project workstreams If you are looking for a high-profile role that will keep you engaged until the end of 2026 (and very likely beyond) then we want to speak to you.
