Join our fun and dynamic team as an In-House Graphic Designer! In this role, you'll assist with a wide range of marketing collateral, both print and digital, including web assets, catalogues, and more.

Role Overview
As an In-House Graphic Designer, you will play a key role in creating visually compelling marketing materials that reflect our brand identity. You'll work collaboratively with various teams to deliver high-quality design solutions across multiple platforms.
Work Location: 270 The Parade, Kensington SA 5068
Key Responsibilities
Develop packaging designs for all new product lines sourced from international suppliers, aligning with Buyer strategy and meeting designated timelines. Contribute to the content marketing strategy by creating engaging content, including video, animation, photography, and graphics, for both in-store and digital platforms. Collaborate closely with the Head of Trade to deliver innovative and creative content that resonates with the target audience. Effectively manage and prioritise your workflow to ensure content creation aligns with the overall strategy and adheres to established timelines. Support the execution of strategic plans and objectives related to consumer brand touchpoints, contributing to the expansion and relevance of the brand. Collaborate, influence, and build positive stakeholder relationships through effective engagement and teamwork to achieve company-wide goals and objectives. The Successful Candidate Will Possess
Qualification in a relevant field or at least 5 years of relevant work experience to substitute the qualification At least 2 years of relevant work experience Working knowledge and experience in Adobe Creative Suite tools is essential Excellent communication skills and a keen eye for aesthetics and details Ability to organize, prioritize and meet deadlines Ability to clearly justify concepts with appropriate research and rationale Ability to absorb and apply constructive criticism Provide image retouching, clipping paths and additional image manipulation Willingness to learn and try new things.
