Primary Aim Of Position To provide a high level of support to the team To provide an exceptional level of service to clients in their dealings with the organisation To ensure accuracy, consistency and punctuality in all work produced Key Responsibilities & Duties Greeting clients at the office with a "silver service" experience Liaising with clients via phone and email in a friendly, professional manner Accurate typing & data entry Maintaining & filing documentation Maintaining neatness & efficiency of the office Qualifications, Skills & Experience Certificate III or higher in Property Services is highly regarded (if you do not already have this qualification you will be required to enrol) High level of customer service skills is essential - experience in a customer facing role (reception, retail or hospitality) We value a corporate, polished appearance that reflects our professional brand Good level of computer literacy, familiar with the Microsoft suite of products High level of data entry accuracy Driver's licence is required About Us
