Earlwood Orthodontics are looking for a Front Desk Administrator and Treatment Coordinator superstar who wants to grow with our practice.
We are here to nurture our staff long term and provide professional training both on site and through our consulting company.
So if you have any dental experience, we want you to apply but equally, if you have transferrable skills from marketing or sales or hotel/aviation we would love to hear from you.

About the role:
Working alongside our kind and innovative orthodontist, you will be responsible for the smooth and warm introduction of our new patients and their families to our practice, making them feel welcomed and listened to, and communicating with a high level of attention and thoroughness.

You will represent the practice and the entire team during the new patient lead process.
Managing patients' expectations and providing exceptional customer service aiming to meet their requirements in the most efficient and professional setting.

You must be a people person, positive, able to adapt to different patients' personalities with a high level of communication skills and able to build rapport with patients and their families naturally and with ease.

Experience in orthodontics or dentistry is preferred but not mandatory.
Candidates with outstanding skills that can be transferred will also be considered.

Respond to new patient enquiries and wow them with our customer service right from the very first 'hello' Become the liaison person between the patient and the practice to help them understand our treatment offerings and payment plans Assist in marketing efforts in the local community Maintain our CRM of new patient leads, ensuring every lead is nurtured Front desk duties including answering phone calls, booking appointments, and arranging financials Train in the clinic so you can understand the treatment process and explain it to new enquiries Why Earlwood Orthodontics:

Monday 7.45am to 5pm Wednesday 7.45am to 5pm Thursday 7.45am to 5pm Friday (either full day or afternoon, we are flexible) (Up to 36 hours)
