About the Role As an SME Lending Manager, you will focus on supporting the holistic financial needs of small to medium enterprises, providing tailored banking solutions that create value for their businesses. You will play a key role in acquiring, growing and retaining a portfolio of customers through seeking new business opportunities, collaboration and building lasting relationships.
What will you bring to the Role?
Relationship Management: engage with prospects and customers, establishing trust and developing long term relationships, form relationships with local bodies, networks and communities. Portfolio Management: manage a portfolio of customers through a holistic customer centric approach to support their business and other financial needs. Customer Solutioning: support your customers by understanding their needs and informing them about relevant products or services, and/or providing considered options, that meet their needs. Collaboration: support assessment of loans and work with internal functions to build the business partnership required to support an exceptional customer journey. Communication:effectively use written and verbal communication skills to negotiate desired outcomes for all stakeholders.
