On behalf of our client, a Global EPCM, we are on the lookout for a dynamic SmartPlant Foundation (SPF/SPO) Administrator to become a pivotal part of our digital delivery tools team. Perth-based role and we will consider working with Australia wide candidate who are considering relocation.
As an SPF/SPO Professional, you'll play a crucial role in helping a major client build a cutting-edge digital twin to manage their operational data. You'll collaborate with an enthusiastic team to support and enhance an integrated multi-vendor system, propelling end client's digital journey to new heights.

Your Role Innovate and Lead: Design and implement the client's SPF (Hexagon SmartPlant Foundation) document and tag management system.Customize and Configure: Tailor document and tag management functionalities in the SPF Web Client.Streamline Data: Use SPF Data Validator for efficient bulk loading of CSV data.Develop Advanced Features: Create custom SPF Web Client Extensibility components to achieve advanced functionalities.Integrate Systems: Seamlessly integrate SPF with the AVEVA Registers Gateway integration hub.Translate Needs: Analyze stakeholder needs and transform them into actionable system requirements.Mentor and Guide: Lead junior SPF administrators and testers.Manage Changes: Handle technical changes with precision using configuration management systems and deployment plans.Test and Validate: Write test scripts, conduct system testing, and facilitate user acceptance testing.Collaborate: Coordinate with the engineering design systems team and the AVEVA AIM team.Resolve Issues: Work with software vendors and the client's IT department to resolve product and IT issues.Support and Maintain: Provide ongoing system administration support for the client's SPF system.Must-Have Skills: Communication: Exceptional written and verbal skills in both business and technical contexts.Detail-Oriented: Rigorous attention to detail and strict adherence to change management processes.Technical Expertise: Extensive SPF configuration skills, including schema modeling, forms configuration, document objects, workflows, access control, and XML load files.Client-Side Experience: Experience configuring the SPF Web Client in SPF 2018 or later.Data Management: Proficiency in SPF Data Validator configuration, including calculated columns and validation rules.Database Skills: Strong ability to write and optimize complex SQL queries.Preferred Skills: Leadership: Experience leading system implementation teams.Industry Experience: Business experience in document and/or tag management.Development Skills: Proficiency in SPF Web Client Extensibility, including TypeScript, JavaScript, AngularJS, RxJS, and familiarity with the SPF OData API.Reporting: Experience with Power BI and/or SSRS report development.Integration Experience: Familiarity with AVEVA AIM, AVEVA ISM, and/or the AVEVA Registers Gateway.How to Apply: If you are passionate about technology and dedicated to providing exceptional support, we want to hear from you!
