They are currently looking for a hands-on IT Delivery Head to roll up their sleeves and drive a smarter and more efficient way of working. You will be leading an IT strategy, operations, ensuring technology drives efficiency, security, and growth. You'll oversee projects, streamline systems, and explore innovations like AI to benefit their business and clients.

Proven track record in IT transformations and delivering practical solutions. Skilled in balancing technical and business priorities. Effective communicator, able to translate tech concepts into plain language. Curious and up-to-date with emerging technologies like AI, focused on practical implementation. Technical Skills: IT Asset Management (ITAM) tools (e.g., ServiceNow) and lifecycle management expertise. Patch management tools (e.g., SCCM/MECM) and troubleshooting skills. Implementation of Essential Eight strategies, vulnerability management, and compliance frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001). Proficiency in secure data erasure and ITAD processes. Experience in Azure AD, M365 upgrades, and cloud domain rollouts. Configuration of Microsoft Intune and enforcement of device compliance policies. Network Security & Advanced Cybersecurity. Expertise in API-based integrations and ERP/CRM synchronization. Implementation of tools like Asana or Betterworks for performance tracking. Vendor management and SLA optimization. Soft Skills: Project management (PMP/Agile), team leadership, and effective communication.
