Position Overview: We are currently seeking experienced Early Childhood Intervention Teachers to join our team and provide 1:1 support to children in our program in Brisbane. The successful candidates will have a passion for working with neurodiverse children, a strong understanding of child development, and experience implementing evidence-based interventions.
Key Responsibilities: Provide individualized support and therapy to neurodiverse children in a 1:1 setting.Develop and implement tailored intervention plans based on the child's strengths, needs, and goals.Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure a holistic approach to intervention.Monitor progress, track outcomes, and adjust intervention strategies as needed.Maintain accurate records and documentation of sessions and progress reports. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Special Education, or related field.Registration or eligibility for registration with relevant professional bodies (e.g., VIT, QCT).Minimum of 2 years' experience working with neurodiverse children in an early intervention setting.Strong knowledge of evidence-based interventions and strategies for supporting children with diverse needs.Strong understanding of the framework in which to build social connection, speech and language and confidence for Neurodiverse childrenExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team.Flexible and adaptable approach to meet the individual needs of each child.Competitive salary commensurate with experience.Ongoing professional development and training opportunities.Supportive and collaborative team environment.Opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of neurodiverse children and their families.Flexible working arrangements.
