As a Business Relationship Manager , you will manage a portfolio of small business clients with complex credit needs ranging from $500k to $1.5 million. You will establish client relationships, manage credit quality, and collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders. Identify opportunities for expansion in the Small Business sector include building localized programs to improve the profile of small enterprises, deepen current partnerships, and attract new clients.
In this role of Business Relationship Manager, you will get to do:
Identify opportunities for deepening customer relationships and referring business opportunities as appropriate. Build strong customer relationships, focused on understanding the customer, their current and future needs. Achieve individual and contribute to team sales targets. Work closely with stakeholders to identify, develop and implement appropriatesales, marketing and engagement plans, designed to achieve successful outcomes for our customers, communities, people and the Bank. Undertake effective business development, networking and prospecting activities to build a strong pipeline. This is a full time, permanent position based in Geelong noting that hybrid ways of working are core to how we operate today, and flexible work options are available. At times you will work from branches in the region to better service your customers and strengthen the relationship with the consumer team.
