About the Role As a National Small Business Specialist, you will connect with care to business customers to help them start, run and grow their business.
You will help new and existing customer by connecting with them through inbound/outbound and managing anz.com enquiries.
By conducting quality needs based conversations to really understand the customer, their business and their goals you will be in a position to use your expert understanding of cash flow concepts and ANZ products to make tailored recommendations to help the customer.
You will also have an understanding of the fundamentals of lending and be to refer the customer to specialist who can help.
Role Location: 833 Collins Street, Docklands VIC 3008 Role Type: Permanent Work Schedule: Full Time  What will your day look like?
This role is accountable for: Financial & Discipline:        Action incoming calls or digital opportunities, conduct quality needs based conversation and assist customer to start grow and run the business by providing valuable advice, tailored recommendations and fulfilling working capital product solution and working capital transaction accounts from end to end Identify any additional customer needs and effectively refer to an appropriate channel, including value add services that will help customers start, grow and run their business (such as Honcho & Employment Hero) Customer:  Ensure the customer remains at the hearts of all our interactions Take ownership of customer issues and resolving them Record discussion for future reference Risk & Reputation:  Ensure quality customer and business outcomes are achieved in adherence to ANZ policies and values Identify potential process/service improvements identified.
Maintain compliance with required training and banker capabilities (e.g.
Mandatory Learning, ACL,FSRA, AF On-boarding, Introduction and Intermediate Credit Course) People & Culture:  Collaborate within the team and contribute to a high performance culture Stakeholder management with business partners Provide feedback to acquisition channels to improve the on boarding process What will you bring?
To grow and be successful in the role, you will ideally bring the following: Professional phone manner/etiquette   Oral and written communication skills Adhering to structured roster/operating rhythm Understanding of small business & commercial markets Thorough knowledge of ANZ procedure, products and services (desired not essential) Understanding of Money In, Managing Money, Money Out and cash flow concepts You're not expected to have 100% of these skills.
