Senior Manager, Capability Architecture & Infrastructure Sydney based Fulltime Permanent Role How will I help?
The role sits within the Business and Wealth COO Banker and Customer Experience function that comprises Strategy & CX, Communications, Business Institute, Process Simplification, Transformation Capability and Change Management.
More specifically the role works within The Business Institute responsible for Banker and Leader capability in our distribution teams.
The Senior Manager, Capability Architecture & Infrastructure is responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive learning architectures, frameworks, roadmaps, career paths, managing the content library, and overseeing the division's use of enterprise learning technology.
Key Accountabilities: Design learning architecture to support strategic objectives and long-term vision.
Develop frameworks for capability and skills mapping, assessment, and proficiency levels.
Create detailed learning roadmaps with the Capability Solutions teams.
Define clear career paths with HR, outlining progression opportunities and skill requirements.
Design capability assessments to identify strengths and areas for improvement.
Integrate best-in-class learning technologies and platforms for performance improvement.
Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
Provide guidance and support to capability managers and learning experience designers.
Collaborate with leaders, HR, and stakeholders to align learning architecture with talent management.
Oversee the content library, ensuring it is up-to-date and accessible.
Manage the use of enterprise learning technology, pilot new technologies, and prepare for upgrades.

Skill in building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes.
Proven ability to lead, inspire, and develop teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
