This is a perfect opportunity for a sea change for a young family to relocate to the beautiful Clarence Valley and join a well-established practice with a large client base, one of the oldest firms in the Clarence Valley, located 15 minutes from the coastal township of Yamba.
You can live on the beach in the beautiful coastal town of Yamba or on surrounding acreage in Maclean.
In this position, you will be working collaboratively within a small team in Family Law, Civil Litigation, Criminal Law, Conveyancing, Property Law, Estates, and Estate Planning.
To be eligible for this role, you will require:
Hold a current Practicing Certificate. Minimum 1 year experience. Work currently in the area of Family Law/Criminal Law with a proven ability to undertake all tasks involved in family law matters including but not limited to matters concerning property, parenting, divorce, consent orders, domestic violence, and court advocacy. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, able to communicate effectively with clients and staff on all levels. Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of all tasks given under direction applicable to your experience. Experience with Legal Aid NSW (including Grants Online); LEAP and PEXA is desirable. This position is available for immediate start for the right candidate.
