We are seeking a motivated Business Development Manager – Offline Lead Generation to join our team and play a key role in expanding our reach to senior communities across Australia.
Role Overview - As the Business Development Manager – Offline Lead Generation , your primary responsibility will be to generate interest and leads among our target market: seniors who will benefit from our adjustable beds. You will identify and build relationships with potential lead-generating partners, such as retirement villages, care providers, and other businesses or organizations that work closely with seniors.
This role requires a proactive, strategic thinker who thrives on identifying new opportunities and forming partnerships that drive results.
Key Responsibilities - Lead Generation: Proactively identify and develop offline lead generation opportunities targeting seniors. Partnership Building: Establish and nurture relationships with organizations, including retirement villages, aged care providers, and senior-focused businesses. Market Research: Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and key stakeholders within the senior demographic. Strategic Outreach: Create and execute tailored engagement plans for potential partners and avenues. Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure leads are effectively nurtured and converted. Event Participation: Represent SleepHive at senior-focused events, expos, and community gatherings to promote awareness and generate leads. Reporting & Analytics: Track lead generation activities, measure performance, and report on ROI for all initiatives. About You - You are a dynamic and results-driven individual who thrives in relationship-building roles. You understand the needs of senior audiences and are skilled at identifying mutually beneficial opportunities with potential partners.
Skills and Experience - Proven experience in business development, lead generation, or sales, preferably in senior-focused industries. Strong networking and relationship management skills. Ability to identify and approach new business opportunities with confidence. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Knowledge of the senior living, healthcare, or aged care industry is a plus. Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented.
