Manual handling tasks are heavily included in this position.Collaborate with the Events Manager and other team members to ensure smooth event execution.Handle guest inquiries during events, ensuring timely resolution and a positive experience.Provide training for event staff, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills to meet event demands.Ensure venue and event spaces meet cleanliness and presentation standards before, during, and after events.Lead day-to-day shift operations in our Bistro & Bar, ensuring smooth service delivery.Provide on-the-job training to team members, ensuring they meet service, safety, and hygiene standards.Manage staff breaks and ensure efficient rostering to maintain adequate service coverage at all times.Conduct pre-shift briefings, communicating key operational updates, menu changes, and daily objectives to the team.Lead by example in handling guest feedback, providing exceptional service, and resolving issues promptly.SkyPoint is located on the 77th floor of the Gold Coast's Q1 building and is truly an extraordinary venue, 230 meters in the sky.
