About the role:
We are seeking an Electrical Site Supervisor/Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for overseeing commercial projects on-site for our trusted clients.
Your exceptional leadership skills and technical expertise will be instrumental in driving successful project outcomes.
Responsibilities & Requirements:
Experience within the electrical, communications and construction industry as a Site Supervisor/Manager of projects up to 2 million.
Experience with running teams of up to 10 to 15 people and contractors.
Worked with leading fit-out builders in NSW – Buildcorp, Built etc.
Excellent understanding of construction principles and reading & interpreting of plans.
Sound understanding of safety regulations and compliance requirements.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage diverse teams.
Direct control in reporting, monitoring labour, materials, plant & equipment and direction of electrical supervisors.
Monitor and control of apprentices.
Multi-tasking & attention to detail with on-site administration.
Provide strong leadership and mentorship to project teams, promoting a positive and collaborative work environment.
Dealing directly with client representatives – on-site maintaining 'good relations'.
Candidates must also have a current NSW Electrical 'A' Grade Licence and Communications certificate.
