Francom Credit Solutions is undergoing rapid growth; as a result, we are expanding our current collections team in Parramatta, Sydney.
We are searching for a reliable and qualified Skip Tracer / Collections Officer who will report to the Collections Management Team.
Candidates for this position should have exceptional organizational and communication skills, along with great interpersonal abilities.
We will provide comprehensive training and support.
This role is full-time from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm and based in Newcastle, NSW.
We are a dynamic team of vibrant individuals who believe in a strong and good working environment.
The role will report directly to the CEO and Francom Credit Solutions Director and will form part of a focused and specialized team.
Key Responsibilities: Managing your own portfolio of accounts - Identify, track, manage, and investigate customer accounts.Conducting investigative searches to locate and establish contact with customers, building rapport and ensuring compliance (Training provided).Responding to inbound customer service and collections queries.Negotiating payment of outstanding contracts and arranging suitable payment plans.Adhering to external regulatory and internal policy requirements and system processes.Making a high volume of outbound calls to customers, with a resolution focus.Working closely with customers to negotiate settlements and payment arrangements.Using databases to monitor and update outstanding accounts.Keeping records of all customer communications to build individual debtor cases.Following Company policies, procedures, processes, and protocols.Following call scripts (training provided).Receiving training to adhere to ACCC Guidelines, Privacy Act, and other relevant legislation.Key Requirements & Skills: Desirable experience in accounts receivable in the financial services industry.Willingness to learn and grow.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to meet KPIs.Motivation to succeed in this role.Desire to be part of a team.Strong organizational skills.Clear, persuasive verbal and written communication.Problem-solving mindset.Supportive team environment.Your application will include the following questions:
