We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to spearhead market entry, drive growth, and establish a strong presence for our client's products in Australia.
About the Role: In this pivotal role, you will:
Identify and map business opportunities across mining, ports, and industrial sectors. Build strong relationships with key decision-makers in the industry. Provide technical and commercial support to clients. Negotiate and close deals. Oversee promotional activities, including presentations, exhibitions, and client site visits. Negotiate and finalize contracts, securing competitive projects for both plant and spare parts. Skills and Experience: A Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Metallurgy) and an MBA in Sales and Marketing or a related field preferred. 15–20 years of experience in minerals, metals, quarry, or material handling industries, including 5+ years in business development and 10+ years in Australia. Proven track record of securing orders for CRUSHING AND MATERIAL HANDLING EQUIPMENT . Strong network within Australian industries, including EPCs/EPCMs, government agencies, and end clients. Solid understanding of Australian design standards, safety regulations, trade practices, and logistics.
