SKILLED SHIPPING AND LOGISTICS COORDINATORWe are seeking a dedicated person to join our Meat Processing Plant, Administration Team for an exciting full-time opportunity from Monday to Friday 8.30am to 4.30pm, located in Poowong, Victoria.The role would be a perfect fit for someone who is eager to learn, is hands-on, has an eye for detail, and is extremely process-driven.There would be opportunity for the right person to develop a broad range of skills and to further grow within the business.RESPONSIBILITIES:Liaise with customers, shipping and transport companies;Stock keeping (daily production and load outs);Invoicing and record keeping using in-house systems;Effective management of own time to ensure all work is completed in full and on time daily;Acquire competency in all systems required to carry out duties as listed above;Ad hoc tasks as requested by Manager.CRITERIA:Have a can-do attitude and be self-motivated;Have a friendly and positive phone manner;Have good communication and time management skills and be able to follow instructions;Have a clear working knowledge of Microsoft Office - Excel;Be reliable and able to work independently and as part of a team.QUALIFICATION:Previous experience in Shipping/Logistics would be an advantage;Microsoft Office – Advanced level in Excel.If you meet the above-mentioned criteria and feel the position is suitable for you, then applications should be directed to:Recruitment Officer –Reference Code: SLC10Email: ****** complete and submit your resume form on our website http://www.gbpclc.com.au.Candidates will be contacted if successful.
