Skilled Labourer

Position Overview:We are seeking a hardworking and dependable Labourer to assist with various construction and site tasks.
The successful candidate will be working closely with our skilled tradespeople and supervisors, helping to ensure that projects are completed on time, safely, and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:

Assembly of basic cabinetry
MR licence preferred
Assist with general construction and site preparation tasks
Load, unload, and transport materials and tools
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Assist with site setup and teardown
Operate basic construction machinery under supervision
Follow instructions from supervisors and contribute to team efforts
Support various tradespeople in completing tasks efficiently

Skills and Experience Required:

Previous experience in a labouring role or construction environment (preferred but not essential)
Strong work ethic and reliability
Ability to work well within a team
Good physical fitness and stamina for manual tasks
Safety-conscious with a willingness to adhere to all health and safety protocols
Basic knowledge of construction tools and machinery (desirable)
