Skilled Labourer

Essential attributes include; drivers licence, ability to undertake a variety of construction tasks, maintenance and repair work.
Use of power and hand tools, participate in demolition, able to attend minor door repairs, painting, caulking, tiling, manual labour, landscaping, load, unload and transport materials, site clean up and removal of debris.
The successful applicant must be self motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
Punctal and reliable.
Comply with safe work practices and procedures.
Previous experience in a similar role with contactable referees.
Travel is required to various locations daily.
A work vehicle and tool kit are negotiable options.
