JV Recruitment are currently looking for an experienced, skilled construction labourer to join the team of a renowned residential builder in Melbourne's Eastern suburbs.
The company focuses on High End Residential and Commercial projects and is looking for a new team member who can assist long-term on multiple sites in the Eastern area of Melbourne.
The role will involve working as a skilled labourer/operator - Assisting in demolition and foundation works.
This is a Temp to Perm opportunity, meaning the right candidate will conduct a 2 week Temporary contract and then be offered a fulltime role with the company after this time (including benefits) Should the role not be for you after the 2 week period - JV Recruitment will be able to assist in finding the right ongoing role for you.
TO BE CONSIDERED, YOU MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING: Minimum 3 years construction experience Civil/concreting/landscaping experience highly desirable Excavator/Skid-Steer/Bobcat tickets desirable but not essential SKILLS & EXPERIENCE Assisting trades on site Working in unison with site management Site clean-up and moving materials Ability to work on own accord without supervision WHAT YOU'LL GET $35 per hour + super + coinvest moving to a $70/80k salary (dependant on experience) Additional meal allowance (over 9.5 hours on a shift) Additional travel allowance Time and a half and double-time rates paid for overtime Weekly pay On-going roles (for the right candidates) Key requirements needed to apply: White Card Full Australian work rights Must be able to work well within a team environment.
