We are seeking a Junior Business Analyst to join our client's resource sector operations during an exciting period of digital transformation.
Working directly under an experienced technology partner, you will be crucial in modernising their business processes and implementing new systems to optimise our operations.

Responsibilities
Conduct workshops and interviews with stakeholders across the business to capture current state processes and systems Document existing business processes, workflows, and procedures that currently exist primarily as tribal knowledge Analyse current business operations and identify areas for improvement and optimisation Create detailed process maps and documentation of both current and future state operations Support the implementation of new systems and digital solutions Collaborate with the technology team to ensure business requirements are accurately captured and implemented Prepare business requirement documents and contribute to solution design Required Skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent documentation and process mapping abilities Outstanding written and verbal communication skills Proven ability to facilitate workshops and meetings Basic understanding of business process modelling and documentation tools Preferred Skills
Experience or understanding of industrial or resource sector operations Knowledge of digital transformation principles and methodologies Familiarity with process improvement techniques Experience with workflow mapping tools Knowledge of change management principles Basic project management skills Pay range - $500 - $550 per day
Term - Initial 6-month term with extension(s) up to 24 months
