Responsibilities:
As a Senior Accountant, you will play a vital role in supporting the operational accounting functions of a leading development and construction business. In this role, you'll:
Complete financial reconciliations, forecasting, and cost control. Conduct financial modelling, feasibility analysis, and data analytics. Provide high-level support and strategic advice to senior managers and the finance team. About You:
Looking for a passionate and driven individual with:
CA or CPA accreditation (or working towards). At least 3+ years of prior accounting experience (construction industry; highly desirable). Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word), financial software, and business intelligence tools (Jobpac experience is advantageous). Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. A proven ability to build strong relationships and deliver successful outcomes. What's in it for You:
