About the Role: We're looking for an experienced Logistics Coordinator for a 6 month contract to support the Logistics Manager in the day-to-day management of their Third Party Logistics Provider including warehousing and transport.
This includes ensuring deliveries are made on time and responsible for daily inventory reconciliation including investigating any discrepancies with our 3PL and making any necessary inventory adjustments to ensure our system aligns with our 3PL's.
Responsibilities:
Assist our Logistics Manager in the day-to-day management of our Third Party Logistics Provider of both Warehousing and Transport. Maintain an accurate inventory position in our ERP, so that it aligns to that of our 3PL. This will require identifying all discrepancies and working with our 3PL to investigate and resolve. On a daily basis, monitor orders and deliveries to ensure bookings are in place with customers, orders are picked in a timely manner by the warehouse and are delivered as required by transport. With the support of the Logistics Manager, escalate and manage any late orders as required. Work with customers to secure booking slots when required. Act as the first point of contact within Logistics for any order queries from Customer Service or Sales. Skills & Experience:
