Sites Supervisor

With over 45 years of experience in the Sports Construction Industry, we are expanding our local business and require more workers to assist in the expansion.The RoleWe are seeking an experienced Site Foreman to join our Brisbane/Queensland team who has experience in Construction.Reporting to the Construction Manager, you will be responsible for (but not limited to) the following duties:Assessing job methodology and allocating workers to appropriate areas of projects.Assistance with working on projects in your appropriate areas of experience.Supervise the use of machinery and equipment.Overseeing the work and making sure it runs professionally and accurately in a timely manner.Making sure company policies & procedures are followed by everyone on work sites.Enforcing WHS guidelines and WHS Management Plan.Understanding construction and a willingness to learn other aspects.Monitor expenditure and ensure it remains within budget.Resolve problems when they arise.Liaise with clients regarding the progress of the job.Report on progress to the Construction Manager.To be successful you must have the following skills and attributes:A minimum of 2 years' Construction experience and/or construction technical experience in a similar role.Must have relevant accredited licenses e.g., White Card.Excellent organizational and leadership skills.Must have great work ethics.Current First Aid certificate or prepared to obtain this.Ability to work on various sites in Queensland.The role is to start immediately and will be a great opportunity to join a vastly experienced and motivated team.
