The Position: The Site (Warehouse) Financial Controller is responsible for financial reporting and performance management of Site through weekly and monthly PnL reporting. Also responsible for establishing, improving & monitoring financial processes and controls related to site.
Additionally, this role supports the Financial Operations team in improving billing processes, as well as partners with site leadership and FBPs to drive profitability. The incumbent acts as bridge between operations and finance & proactively prevents issues that impact PnL accuracy and health metrics.
This role has responsibility for 3 sites in NSW (Moorebank, Marsden Park and Kemps Creek) and will be required to work onsite for 3 days per week.

Key Responsibilities: Controls: Guide the Delivery organisation on proactively managing operational risks, creating and maintaining guardrails to protect the organization against revenue leakages.Financial Profitability: Monitor and drive actions to ensure the PnL reflects accurate gross profit at the country, entity, product and customer level.Operational Risk Management: Review Controls related to profitability, identify root cause leading to control effectiveness and drive mitigation plan together with business functions.Cost & Billing Accuracy: Review of revenue billed and accrued vs estimated revenue and deep dive into any abnormal incidents.Business Transformational Projects: Review effectiveness of new platform/process rollouts, conduct on-site reviews and provide recommendations to address local gaps.Customer Implementation Support: Review compliance of Customer Implementations as per Corporate Governance, Policy and Procedure.What We Are Looking For: Graduate Qualification in Accounting, or equivalent Professional Qualification such as CA/CPA.2-5 years' experience in a Finance Analyst role or similar capacity.Previous experience working within the logistics industry (warehousing) would be advantageous.Expertise with Excel and Performance Management Tools (e.g., PowerBI).Experience with SAP and automation tools (e.g., PowerQuery) would be advantageous.Strong stakeholder management skills and attention to detail, as well as ability to bridge the gap between operations and finance. #J-18808-Ljbffr
