We are currently seeking an experienced Site Travel Administrator to join our Business Support & Services team at our Sunrise Dam Gold Mine.
Reporting to the Site Lead: Administration.
This role is based at our Tropicana Gold Mine on a full-time 4 days on, 3 days off FIFO roster, (with some ad-hoc 8/6 swings) at various times throughout the year to assist with leave coverage.
We operate a quick and direct flight to our site from Perth.
Role Purpose: To provide a professional and efficient travel and accommodation service for AngloGold Ashanti employees and stakeholders.
Accountabilities: Coordinating site entry, travel and accommodation services to all departmental personnel; including flight and bus schedules.Providing effective handover notes, document control and coverage within the team.Efficiently and accurately enter data into the travel booking systems.Processing and reconciliation of travel and accommodation payments.Complete daily, weekly and monthly audits.Room bookings and shutdown travel processing.Communication of travel information.Maintaining and updating various site screening checks and compliance.Provide support for site wide use of inflight.Ad-hoc tasks as directed.About You People are at the heart of everything we do.

To be considered, we would like to see you have:
A high level of competence in INX software, including Inflight configuration.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.Previous experience held in a similar role with travel and customer service accountabilities in a team environment.Must be able to work well within a team environment, whilst maintaining confidentiality of information.Ability to work under pressure to ensure deadlines are met.Strong communication with peers, leaders and contractors.Current Manual WA Drivers Licence.Able to attain a new National Police Clearance.Existing and ongoing Permanent work rights in Australia (Mandatory).Culture and Benefits Our workplace demonstrates dignity and respect for each other, we offer challenging work, highly competitive remuneration that is regularly adjusted to market conditions and career development opportunities.
