An opportunity exists for a Site Support Officer to join our team based in Emerald.
Providing support for our minesite operations.
Travel is required.

ALS provides the solutions required to maximise the inherent value of coal products.ALS assesses and ranks coal product physical handling, blend propensity, and every element of performance and behaviour to provide an accurate picture of product marketability and value-in-use.About the PositionAn opportunity exists for a Site Support Officer (SSO) to join our team based in Emerald.
Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will be responsible for providing administration assistance and support for our mine site operations.
The SSO will require regular travel between mine sites to ensure effective coordination and support across all locations.Skills/QualificationsPrevious relevant industry experience or equivalent would be an advantageExcellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong grammatical abilityAdvanced Microsoft Office skills with particular emphasis on Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and OutlookThe ability to work under pressureStrong organisational skillsThe ability to work as part of a teamStrong professional imageCommitted to learning and eager to take on new challengesBenefits & CultureAt ALS we believe that the people we employ are what makes ALS the great company it is today.
